Solving your technical problem is our priority, that’s why our dedicated and professional support team will help you during the life-time of your sensor from the installation, system setup to the annual maintenance.
The services offered by our technical support team covers four key points:
• Technical Assistance by email. Most of customers questions are answered within 1 or 2 Business days (free of cost)
• Free & Unlimited access to all Technical Documents on our FTP server
• An optional Operational Maintenance service of SATEVIS Hardware & Software ( ex: sensor yearly re-calibration)
• On the user request, an experienced engineer by phone or remote access software ( Anydesk/teamviewer)

Technical Assistance by email is free of charge over a period of 3 months from the date of purchase of your equipment:
We reply within 1 or 2 business days. All our Tech Support Engineers are bilingual and can speak English, German & French.

Access to technical documents using Satevis FTP server
An FTP server technical
support is available to our customers. It is regularly updated by our engineers at least 2 to 3 times by
month .

Satevis® offers services for Maintenance on Operational Condition (MOC) of its products (Hardware & Software). We can provide the MOC for the following spare components:
• Rechargeable batteries ending its life cycle or Primary cells
• Major software updates for applications
• Sensor Recalibartion
Training a Remote Customer or In-Situ
We offer training programs by telephone or at the customer’s office:
• General description of Wireless IOT Sensors
• Configuration and Management of Wireless IOT Sensors
• Analysing the measurement data stored by the Log files
• Maintenance and software updates for the devices and the monitoring cloud software
